About the League

The Athletes for Christian Education League was established by Christian Schools in the state of Maine in the spirit of Christian fellowship to use sports as a means of teaching students Christian values and character. The league operates and is governed by the A.C.E.L. Handbook.

The Athletes for Christian Education League has two elected officers a commissioner and a league secretary.

  • League Commissioner

    Wes has been the commissioner for 20 years and has been the head basketball coach for Calvary Christian School for 40 years.
